We want to make your experience smooth and satisfactory.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, our return policy is as follows:

हम आपके अनुभव को सहज और संतोषजनक बनाना चाहते हैं। यदि आप किसी कारणवश अपने ऑर्डर से संतुष्ट नहीं हैं, तो हमारी रिटर्न नीति निम्नलिखित है:

✅ रिटर्न की पात्रता:  Return Eligibility:

• प्रोडक्ट केवल अनयूज्ड, अनओपनड (सील बंद) और ओरिजिनल पैकेजिंग में होने पर ही रिटर्न के योग्य होगा। 

• The product will be eligible for return only if it is unused,
  unopened (sealed), and in its original packaging.

• रिटर्न के लिए ऑर्डर प्राप्ति के 7 दिनों के भीतर हमसे संपर्क करें। 

  Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order for returns.

• हाइजीन प्रोडक्ट्स जैसे कॉन्डम्स की प्रकृति को देखते हुए, खुले हुए या उपयोग किए गए प्रोडक्ट्स की रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी। 

     Given the nature of hygiene products such as condoms,
     returns of opened or used products will not be accepted.

❌ जिन स्थितियों में रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी:  

    Situations in which returns will not be accepted:

• यदि प्रोडक्ट खोला गया हो या पैकिंग डैमेज हो गई हो।

•  If the product has been opened or the packaging is damaged.

• 7 दिन से अधिक समय बीत चुका हो। 

• More than 7 days have passed.

• इस्तेमाल किए गए प्रोडक्ट्स।

🔄 एक्सचेंज (विनिमय): 

    Exchange

• अगर आपको गलत प्रोडक्ट मिला है या प्रोडक्ट डैमेज्ड है, तो हम उसी का रिप्लेसमेंट भेजेंगे, बशर्ते कि आप हमें 48 घंटे के अंदर इसकी सूचना दें। 

  If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product,
  we will send a replacement, provided you notify us within 48 hours.

💰 रिफंड: Refund:

• रिटर्न अप्रूव होने के बाद, रिफंड प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी। 

  Once the return is approved, the refund process will be 
  initiated.

• रिफंड उसी पेमेंट मोड में किया जाएगा जिससे आपने भुगतान किया था, और इसमें 5-7 कार्यदिवस लग सकते हैं।  

  The refund will be processed via the same payment mode used for
  the original transaction and may take 5–7 working days.
